Within the Riverina and beyond, Albury, is a major regional city in New South Wales, Australia and an important centre in My Riverina.
Albury is located on the Hume Highway and on the northern side of the Murray River.
Some of the points of interest in and around Albury are:
- Hume Dam
- Murray Art Museum
- Albury Botanic Gardens
- Nail Can Hill Reserve
- Monument Hill
Albury is also a great location for kayaking and canoeing along the Murray River.
And, if you haven’t already explored it, or even if you have, the Murray River Trail leads right through Albury as it winds through five unique landscapes of the river region.
If you are on a self-drive holiday or have an RV, the Discover Murray River Trail map will guide you on your way and can be downloaded for free from this website.
